About Susan Happell-Opsomer
Susan Happell-Opsomer is a graphic & commercial artist, writer, and Master Herbalist. She is degreed in fine art and has studied industrial design at the Center for Creative Studies—College of Art & Design (Detroit), advertising at Northwood Business Institute (Michigan), and executive business management at Duquesne University (PA).
Her professional career has included advertising, design, and executive marketing management positions within various corporate environments including retail, health and life insurance, automotive aftermarket, and yacht sales.
She researches herbs as part of her herbal art business (HerbArt® Inc.) where she creates “Herbal Remedy Tree®” art, botanical prints, develops herbal gifts and potions, and writes herb-related articles and newsletters. After twenty-five-plus years of learning the healing properties and health benefits of herbal remedies, she is determined to further herself professionally in the field of herbal medicine and has gone on a two-year hiatus from her art business to continue learning in the field of natural medicine/naturopathy.
The basis of her art and education is in adherence with the Holy Bible which asserts that all of the nutritional and medicinal supplementation we need — to achieve and maintain good health — has been placed in abundance in nature (plants, herbs, fruit trees, air, sun, and water).”
Susan is a member of The HealthKeepers Alliance, which works toward the preservation of health freedom. To learn more about or to order tonic herbs, you can reach her at www.go2herbart.com or herb-art@sbcglobal.net.
