Mindfulness Workplace Transformation
In this show Dr. Tom Clark, psychologist and author of Moments of Choice brings his personal and professional understanding of mindfulness to consider its potential in the workplace. In the back and forth with host, Suzanne Phillips, Dr. Clark describes and exemplifies basic strategies of mindfulness that can change the climate of the workplace or your response to that climate.

Drawing upon his corporate experience and his in-depth use of mindfulness, Dr. Clark offers steps for bosses and employees to restore themselves in the moment, respond vs. react to confrontation and see respect compatible with necessary business decisions.
