Living Well: Strategies for Managing Chronic Pain and Health
About 100 million Americans suffer from chronic pain. Lasting longer than six months, such pain can be mild or excruciating, episodic or continuous, inconvenient or totally incapacitating. For too many, however, it is an invisible and debilitating condition that leaves them worried about medication, anxious about relief and embarrassed by their limitations. This show offers answers.

On it, Dr. Dawn Buse, nationally recognized expert in migraine andchronic pain, and Director of Behavioral Medicine at the Montefiore Headache Center in Bronx, New York, returns to “Psych UP” to discuss scientifically proven non-medication approaches to managing chronic pain.
