Defining Our Inner Self
Grant is an expert on the various "selves" that we humans are at different times in our lives. The Lost Self can take us to being a False Self. If that self is what we present to the world we are missing the fact that we can become a Disowned Self or Shadow Self, neither of which can help us to become an Authentic Self. It is in the exploration of who we truly are that we can then choose to be all that we want to be. We need no longer hide our most Magnificent Self.
