Personal Transitions and Radical Changes
We've all had them - transitions in life. Some we see coming and choose willingly or even joyously. Some come out of the blue and seem to hit us between the eyes. Join us today as we talk with coach, NLP Master Practitioner, the founder of Alternatives in London, and the author of "Personal Transitions: Beyond the Comfortable into the Real", Steve Nobel. We're getting into the details and coming out the other end wiser, more authentic, and more aware!

Listen in as Steve starts by sharing his own most recent transition and the ways in which it changed him. He also shares the various types of transitions, the five phases of transitions, and the ways in which we can go through our own transitions more easily.

Ultimately we talk about why and how our personal transitions pave the way for the larger, global changes that are occurring. We all play a role!
