A Million Steps
How can an unexpected adventure that propels you into the unknown aid you in your spiritual development and foster personal awareness? We couldn't think of a more perfect person to enlighten us than author Kurt Koontz. He's written a book, "A Million Steps" to capture the transformation that has occurred in his life as a result of his decision to become a pilgrim on the Camino de Santiago.

It's a trek that inspires thousands every year to participate and one that was captured in the film "The Way" with Martin Sheen. Today we're talking with Kurt about what led him to walk nearly 500 miles, what he discovered about himself and his life as a result, and how we can all create transformation in our own lives from choosing to take ourselves out of our comfort zones.

Whether you're active, athletic, rich, poor, young, old, today's show will inspire you to use the path of the unexpected to discover the very depths of whom you are within. Whether your own journey comes from a pilgrimage across hundreds of miles, or whether it comes from fresh insights as a result of breaking free of habitual actions, you'll find inspiration from Kurt's journey and wisdom!
