Help for Holiday Spirits
Having a hard time this holiday? Join us as we talk with Monica Levin about how to find more peace and more authenticity this holiday season.

We all hope that everyone enjoys the holidays but the truth is, that doesn’t happen every year for everyone. Some individuals historically have a challenging time with the holidays, and for others who have experienced a loss or a major challenge during the year may find that they feel blue, isolated or out of sorts.

Nutritionist and reconnective healing practitioner Monica Levin helps us to work through some ideas of what you can do if you’re one of those people this year. With guidance on meditations you can do to help lift your spirits, Monica talks with us about how to define your own meaning during the holidays.

These ideas can help you connect with the greater, more authentic sense of who you are both during the holiday season and throughout the year! For anyone who is struggling this year, we think this show will help you. And for anyone who is experiencing a joyous holiday season, spread your light around to help lift those who are finding it to be a challenging time.
