Byron Katie's The Work
“The Work” that Byron Katie developed has helped millions of people around the world to live happier, more fulfilling lives. Join us as Cathy DeLauter, a course facilitator of The Work in Ann Arbor, Michigan, helps us to understand why.

You may have heard of Byron Katie before, or perhaps even her incredible story, but if you haven’t heard about The Work before, you definitely want to hear this show!  Many thought-based programs focus on affirmations and the law of attraction, The Work, however, is focused on becoming truly happy with what is.

Cathy DeLauter helps us to move through the very basics of The Work as we investigate each of the four questions and learn how they help you investigate and examine the truth of what is. She also helps introduce us to the turnaround phase of the process.

It’s an interesting hour as The Work causes us to consider things in a new way. There is clearly so much more to discuss, but we know you’ll find the conversation as fascinating as we did and Cathy helps us to begin to understand how compelling The Work can be in transforming your life.
