Journeys Toward Wellness
Straight from Bermuda, we're talking with Doc Trott today, who is a healer, a speaker, and a doctor of Metaphysical Studies and Director of the Sankofa: The Wellness Center in Bermuda about journeys toward wellness.

Some journeys toward wellness start with disease, and that was the case that set the stage for Doc Trott to begin to navigate his way toward better health and the process of discovery in his life. Borrowing modalities from various parts of the world, Doc Trott has learned a lot about the body, natural healing, and also energy medicine, all of which he uses to help others now at Sankofa.

We learn a little more about healthcare in Bermuda along the way as well as some of the fascinating things that he's discovered along his journey toward wellness. Don't miss it, it's an incredible hour with a remarkable healer!
