The Hardware of the Psyche
It's another great conversation with Dr. Larry Momaya from the Newport Beach Amen Clinics as we circle back to discuss the psyche - this time the hardware - the mechanics of our brains. From shaping our awareness, to performing ritualistic and even challenging tasks, our brains literally shape our world and our experience of it. Listen in as Dr. Momaya shares with us some of the important aspects of how our brains work, as well as what we can do to have better brain health.

Using SPECT scans for the last couple of decades, the Amen Clinics have amassed unparalleled research into what the brain is actually doing, which areas are under or over performing, and methods that patients can use to achieve better brain optimization. Seeing clients that range from those with serious brain injuries to individuals with depression or even addiction, the Amen Clinics have developed protocols using natural supplements, nutrition, therapy techniques as well as medication to assist individuals in living better lives through better brain health.

It's a great show and chock full of information that you can use to live a brain healthier life! Listen in!
