We speak with Tamara Sutton on how to survive and embrace change, and Renee Hubbs teaches us a bit about micro current technology.

First, Tamara Sutton, certified professional life coach, talks with us about what many of us are scared of - change! Change can be difficult for a lot of folks and at times you can actually get stuck and feel like you don’t know how to move forward. Tamara, sharing with us her own intensely personal store of losing her son and how she ultimately channeled those emotions into ways that she could begin to move forward. For so many of us in America who have been or are now facing change in our lives this is really a powerful show!

During the second half of the show, Renee Hubbs, the owner of Integrated Health of Mid-Michigan and acupuncturist at the Center for Optimal Health, joins us to discuss micro current technology. Christine also discovers along the way that this is one area of health and wellness that she has a lot to learn since it’s been out there since the 1800’s! Renee guides us all expertly along the way, helping us to understand the uses of micro current technology, its relationship to electro acupuncture and acupuncture itself.
