Talking Sports Performance
Our monthly recaps with Justin are always going to empower your activity outlook.  And as a guy who owns and operates a very successful gym in East Lansing, 'State of Fitness', Justin and his wife Katey are adding to his workload and responsibility with son number 2 on the way.  Brennan needed a little brother!

When we talk fitness and activities with my man J, it is much more than just banging weight, it is really about socialization and improving your performance.  Justin describes how each new client must undergo a functional fitness movement screening, bad habits and poor form and posture need to be identified form the start, and we discuss this.

Baby Boomers know that we are at a certain maturity level, we need a pro to help us maximize our return on our time investment.  Our well being and movement need to be enhanced by getting that little bit of advice, enough to get us going and improving our performance not only to avoid the dreaded injury, getting knocked on the couch sucks, but doing it the right way the first time.  The key is education, and Justin and his staff do a great job of helping us get there.

You can reach Justin at his profile page on the CoSozo site, and of course you can email me anytime:
