The State of Fitness
Entering his third year as co-owner of State of Fitness with his delightful partner Rebecca Klinger, Justin Grinnell is the kind of guy you want your daughter to marry.  Clean cut, cut like a stone, educated and hard working (I mean the guy gets up at 4:00 am most days) Justin is a great interview and a knowledgeable guy, that's why he is on the show!

A three sport athlete in high-school at Waverly Justin has conducted over 23,000 personal training sessions, which if my math is right equates to roughly 200 a month for ten years, not to shabby and that qualifies him to dole out fitness advice on the "Boomers Rock" talk show.

Justin stated how he felt baby boomers had been led astray in the past and that's why many are now struggling to find that QOL in their late forties through sixties, I mean all of those info-mercials on the ab chair and weighted body suit that don't work and we bought did not endear us to fitness equipment of the 70's, 80's and 90's.

This guy has a plan, has a couple of really good thoughts on us (boomers and fitness), so listen up and listen in.

Oh and the bonus segment gives you inside info on his specials at his facility, so be aware.

You can find Justin and his crew at http://www.mystateoffitness.com/

Until next time,

Peace,

t
