Living in Balance For Boomers
Barbara Schiffman is simply a delight, her energy and life as a counselor and life coach make talking to her easy and informational, that and she is a boomer with a history of walking the transitional boomer life to enable herself to stay focused and active are awesome.

Her book "Living in Balance for Boomers, Secrets to Making the Most of the Second Half of Life" is spot on and a must read.  We discuss this book in great detail, because frankly the proof in the secret of QOL is right in front of us.

As a boomer in her early 60's, Barbara tells us why becoming aware and what in fact is 'life balance' is the first step into the knowledge vault, her insightful message and demeanor carry the clarity of her voice.

We constantly must continue to reshape our lives, Barbara shares her principles of 'energy', how we need to understand it, make the most of it and let it help move us in the positive direction.  Our connections to the world begin with her description of the four elements, Earth, Air, Water and Fire and how these are quintessential metaphors for the metaphysical and spiritual systems that surround us.

Understanding and becoming educated in these and other topics is what Barbara lives for.  She talks about her new courses that are starting and you can follow her at her profile on the CoSozo site.

Join me as I talk to the 'Joy Spreader' Barbara Schiffman.
