Dance It Up!
So this "LaBlast" thing is the real deal huh?  I asked some of my friends locally and they had not heard of it, that guarantees it, Megan is right on "LaBlast" is on its way from the left coast.  Traditionally that is what happens anyway so now you are in the know.

Tempo and rhythm, a combo of Merengue, Cha Cha, Samba, Jive and mix in a lil Disco, all while not needing a partner to go for it and you have Megan's new favorite fitness thing, "LaBlast".
  • Cha Cha
  • Disco
  • Jive
  • Salsa
  • Lindy Hop
  • Merengue
  • Paso Doble
  • Quick Step
  • Samba
  • Hustle
  • Viennese Waltz

As Megan tells us "group fitness is changing and so are people", accredited by ACE.  The program is a perfect balance between fitness and dance. Music is a key component, ranging from pop, rock, hip hop, country, disco, and everything in between, to create a fun, energetic club-like atmosphere. The result is a thrilling experience that makes you addicted to dance, and it's completely partner free!!

"Are you an instructor that wishes to join the LaBlast training in NM this May? Visit and click "LaBlast 2013!" for full details."

Listen in and get into the flow!
