As the author of "Mind Your Own Fitness" Bob relates how important consistency is to our success in life.  He walks the walk, completing 1400 squats, 120 pullups, 500 push ups and 30 burpees during the Super Bowl as a competitive bet he is just a wildman.  

Not bad for a guy who is 61!
