Integrative Health Simplified
Blending Allopathic and Integrative Approaches for Health on All Levels
My son was diagnosed with asthma when he was two and one half years old.  By the time he was seven, I had him off all meds.

He is now trained as an opera singer with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Performance.

This blog is not only about asthma – but about blending allopathic or western medicine and integrative health for wellness and healing on many levels - Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual.

I’ll share my experiences and what I learned with my son, plus my passion for energy medicine and complementary and alternative therapies, with the goal to open possibilities for health and healing on many levels for you, those you love and patients.
