Recipe

This isn't one of our recipes that is completely healthy but it is an elegant dish and one that everyone enjoys.
We don't really eat cereal much in our home but we do love granola! This is a recipe we received from my father-in-law and his wife, which is especially wonderful in the fall months. Enjoy!
Ingredients
  • 6 salmon steaks, 1” thick          
  • 1 T. chopped parsley
  • 1 t. dried basil              
  • 3 T. melted butter
Ingredients
  • 3.5 oz. dried chestnuts 200 ml homemade stock
  • 1/2 t. freshly grated nutmeg 2 T. butter
Ingredients:
  • 1 t.  olive oil
  • 1 c.  red onion -- diced
  • 1 c.  carrot -- diced (1 lg. carrot)

Baked Apple

Ingredients:
  • Any apple you like
  • 1 pkg. stevia
  • 1 T. cinnamon and 1 t. cinnamon
Meatballs

Ingredients:

2 lbs. extra lean ground beef              
1 onion diced                    
Italian Wedding Soup


Ingredients:
  • Meatballs
  • Chopped Spinach, allowed amount
  • Minced garlic
Ingredients:
  • 1 small can Mexican style tomatoes
