­­I have struggled with my weight since I was 8 or 9 years old. I was called fat whenever someone wanted to hurt me, and even to this day those words haunt me.
It’s undeniable that we are aging in every moment.
I have a desk job. Because I sit pretty much all day, I’m always looking for ways to get in extra workouts here and there.
Blood: the thick, viscous fluid that flows through the many pathways of arteries and veins that makes up our cardiovascular system. Blood is the nectar that feeds all of our being.
